Hello, I am Romeo, a 20 year-old digital illustrator based in Canada. I've been a freelancer for 5 years, and doing art for well over half of my current life. I'm a huge book-worm, a gamer, and a mask-maker. PRICES
= Base Prices =
༗ Headshot: $15 USD
༗ Half-Body: $30 USD
༗ Full-body: $70 USD
༗ Full Illustration: $130 - $200 USD (Negotiable)
- Generally flat colours with minor shading/rendering.
- Most finished pieces have a texture to them, if you don't want the paper texture let me know.
- Art-style may slightly vary as I experiment with new techniques, but expect the same quality.

➤ Additional Character: 70% of original price per character.
➤ Additional Character(Animal): 40% of original price per character.
➤ Reference Sheets: $150 Base Price.
➤ NSFW (18+): 70% of final quote.
➤ Ghosts, Small Companions, and small weaponry have no additional cost.
➤ Larger weapons with intricate parts and details carry a small fee. (Dependant on complexity.)
➤ Need it done soon? 20% Rush Fee, adjustable with the amount of time being asked.
➤ Detailed mechanical parts (complex prosthesis, or complex mecha characters): +20%
➤ Characters without any reference image (Judged Case-By-Case, feel free to ask..): +$20
➤ Turnaround time can be anywhere from 3-6 Weeks, generally I try to keep results within 3 weeks.
TERMS OF SERVICE
→ All artwork done by me is for personal use only,
→ Do not resell, repost, or claim my artwork as your own.
→ I have the right to deny any commissions I see fit based on their content.
→ I take all payments via PayPal or Direct Deposit(Limited to Canadian clients.)
→ I do not allow my work to be used for AI or NFTS.
→ I take payments either in full, or, for newer clients, %50 upfront, and the rest on completion. I do accept tips, but it is not expected.
→ Any major adjustments must be made during the sketch phase, otherwise large-scale changes such as posing or outfits will have a fee after the line-art has been started. Colour/palette changes are exempt from this.
→ Commercial use of Commissions has a completely separate fee list.
→ REFUNDS: I will be able to process a refund if I am unable to complete your commission, or if it is requested before I have made progress on your commission. Once a sketch has been approved, I will only allow a 50% refund. After Lineart, refunds are not applicable.
→ You reserve all non-commerical rights to your artwork after it has been completed short of claiming it as yours.
→ Your commission may be used as references for my portfolios, please let me know prior if you would like me to not use your commission. I may also show progress on your commission, as before, let me know if you'd prefer your commission to be private.WILL DO

WONT DO
→ Underage characters in sexually explicit situations, I will refuse any comms having to do with CSEM, this includes 'Loli' characters.
→ Hardcore Fetish art (Scat, Watersports, etc.)
→ Real People.
→ Art that encourages hate speech against a group of people.
→ Ship Art depicting Incest, Pedophilia, or Abuse.
→ Artwork in relation to NFTs.

No, all my prices are set in place unless the listing states that the price may be variable depending on complexity. I try my best to find a middle ground we can both be satisfied with.→ Do you do payment plans?
Yes, if your commission is over $250, you can pay a split portion as a downpayment with the rest upon completion.→ Can we keep the CSP file?
Yes, as long as you are the owner of the artwork I will give you the CSP file if requested.→ Bulk Order Discounts?
Depends mostly, but if you're ordering multiple separate pieces at once I'll see about offering a discount. These can stack with Holiday Sales. Additionally, comic strips may carry a bulk discount.
